1. How much notice is needed to book nanny?
At least one day in advance. However we always try and organise a nanny for you.
2. Can I meet the nanny beforehand?
Yes, if you would like to meet the nanny we recommend that you
request the nanny to arrive 30 minutes earlier.
3. Can I have the same nanny when I book more than one night?
We can confirm the same nanny for the whole service if you book in advance.
If not we will try our best to send you the same nanny.
4. How do I pay the service?
You must pay a deposit of the first 2 hours by online payment service or wire transfer and the remaining
hours in cash at the end of the service.
5. Is there a cancellation fee?
If a booking is cancelled up to 1 day before date of the service, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, your 2 hour deposit will not be refunded.
In the event of a nanny being cancelled upon arrival, you will need to pay
the going rate for 1-hour period on top of the deposit.
Please advise us as soon as you can to avoid inconvenience.
6. How do I make a booking?
You can call us, write us an email, or request a nanny on the websitbe.
7. Is the nanny coming to my apartment?
Yes, you don´t need to take your children away from the confy of your apartment.
