GENERAL

The Agency agrees on providing letters of recommendation of the nanny.
The Agency conducts a thorough interview, however, Little Prince does not give any warranty concerning the performance of any nanny. It is understood that the Agency assumes no responsibility for paying or withholding any federal or local taxes, social security contributions,health or car insurance premiums, or any other expense required or arising from the Nannies’ work with the Family.
All nannies must be re-booked and re-engaged through the agency.

CANCELLATION

If canceled up to 1 day before date of service, no fee will be charged. (Prepayment will be refunded except 10€). If canceled later, 2 hours of the service will be charged. (Prepayment will be refunded except 2 hours of service)

PAYMENT

Payment on this site is provided through online card payment. If any problems should arise when making payment, please contact us.
All bookings are for a minimum of 2 hours and you pay the nanny for any fractions of an hour rounded up to the next half an hour.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information provided to the client by Little Prince staff is and must remain confidential. If the Client passes on the details of a candidate to a third party and the third party subsequently engages the Applicant’s services, the client will remain liable for the full Fee and the Replacement Guarantee will not apply. (art. 5.1 LO 15/1999)
