Some nannies are available to work in shifts, full time, and even travel or move with the family, if necessary. We are in charge of verifying all résumés, letters of recommendation, and references for our nannies. We conduct interviews in person.
We check the profile of the nannies to ensure that they do not consume any type of drugs or have attitudes contrary to the elementary principles that we promote in the Little Prince Nanny Agency.
After you accept our terms and conditions, we start the selection process. We will provide you with complete profiles of candidates so that you can easily see your options and make decisions without losing time. We will also schedule the nanny interview with you.
We will help you negotiate salaries, prepare a working contract, and provide guidance on any other legal matter concerning you as an employer.
In the case that the contract is annulled within two months of the starting date, Little Prince will strive to find a replacement nanny, at no additional cost.
